Payment Terms To secure your place at a Crafty Old Codger workshop, full payment is required 14 days prior to the event date. This ensures we can accurately source and prepare the correct amount of natural materials for all attendees.
Cancellations and Refunds Due to the bespoke nature of our workshops and the advance ordering of natural, perishable materials, all workshop bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Alternative Options We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, we offer the following options:
Ticket Transfer: You are welcome to transfer your workshop ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us via email prior to the event with the name of the person attending in your place.
Alternative Dates: While we cannot guarantee availability, if you contact us with sufficient notice, we will do our best to offer you a space on an alternative workshop date.
Event Cancellation by Crafty Old Codger In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop, you will be notified immediately. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop date.
