Based in the heart of Buckinghamshire, our founder, Gill Moulden, is passionate about preserving traditional crafting methods and authentic, home-cooked flavours.

Every single jar and bottle we produce is entirely handmade.
We do not use industrial machinery or shortcuts; instead, we rely on time-honoured recipes, cooking our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality and a truly rich, homemade taste that you simply cannot find on a supermarket shelf.
Locally Sourced & Hand-Picked
Our commitment to the local environment and the changing seasons means our flavours naturally rotate throughout the year. We create our artisan-made jams, chutneys, jellies, and sauces using hand-picked, seasonal stock. By capturing the very best of what the British countryside and local harvests have to offer, we ensure peak flavour in every batch. Because our ingredients are seasonal and our products are produced in limited quantities, our online availability is subject to change. If you spot a favourite flavour, we highly recommend securing it quickly!

Our selection regularly features seasonal highlights, from our delicate Artisan Fig Jam to our versatile homemade sauces.
Delivery & Collection Information
Because our products are crafted in small batches, we offer flexible ways for you to get your hands on our preserves. You can browse our current online selection and pre-order your jars for convenient, free in-person collection at our upcoming local market stalls.
We regularly attend Maidenhead Farmers Market, and pop up at Cowdery the Cookham butchers. If you are not able to make it to a market, we are happy to arrange local delivery or local collection.
